Payment, Shipping and Return Policies:
Thank you for stopping by Laura's Little House, where I hope you can find something special. I have handmade items and other needful items for sale and they can be viewed by clicking the links on my posts and sidebars. I appreciate your patience as it is a "work in progress"!
If you would like to purchase an item which I have featured on my blog, just contact me by clicking the "Contact Me" button on the blog and tell me what you need. I will email you back as soon as possible with the total amount due and any other info that's necessary.
Payment:
At this time, I accept PayPal. I will quote you shipping costs before you are billed for your purchases. You can use your credit card to pay through Paypal and if you have an account with them you can also use your debit card or PayPal balance. I do not accept personal checks or money orders. Payment is expected immediately once you receive your invoice.

Shipping and Handling:
I usually ship via USPS within 5 business days of receiving your verified Paypal payment. For custom orders, the shipping time will usually be between 2-4 weeks once we have decided on the final design, depending on how intricate the item is.
Only orders in the United States can be processed at this time. Virginia residents, please add sales tax.
I cannot be responsible for items that break en route..So if the item you are purchasing is breakable and you'd like to insure it against breakage, please email me before you make your purchase so I can get you the exact shipping quote to your location.
Return Policy:
All of my sales are final, unless you feel that the item has been grossly misrepresented in either the item description or in the picture. Please email me if you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it and we will work together to try and fix the problem. If return of a product is deemed to be necessary, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Insurance on the returned item for the full purchase amount as well as delivery confirmation on the returned package is mandatory and all costs associated with these services are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the item has been returned to me and its' original 'as shipped' condition has been verified, a refund will be issued to the purchaser LESS the shipping costs.
